Waiver Requirements

Every guest is required to sign the ACMG Waiver in order to participate in any activities with Rock Solid Guides Ltd. This is a legal document where you legally acknowledge the risks involved in participating in the activity and waive your right to sue, or anyone’s right to sue on your behalf, for any and all loss, damage, expense, or injury including death, that you or your next of kin may suffer as a result of your participation in these activities. Please read the waiver in its entirety, ensure you are aware of the risk you are taking and are comfortable signing. Please reach out to us with any questions prior to the trip regarding the waiver or the risks involved with the activities planned.

Any minor must have a legal guardian fill out and sign the Acknowledgment of Risk form.

Both minors and adults are required to fill out a medical questionnaire as well which helps manage risk by ensuring that your guide is aware of any pertinent medical conditions.
