Private Training and Instruction
Complete flexibility with your schedule, sign up for what you want when you want it and match it to your personal goals. Options include any of our intro to rock topics and guided climbing.
Private personalized training programs and instruction are suited to your specific needs and goals. If you don't see the program that you want on our website, contact us and we will tailor one specifically to your needs.
Personal training sessions can be purchased in blocks of 5, 10 or 20 sessions, preceded by an intro session. Or longer term clients often prefer a couple sessions per week and just to pay a weekly fee.
Days of rock/alpine guiding and instruction can be added to your package based on your training goals, climbing objectives, and desired learning outcomes. All of our intro to rock and alpine climbing topics are available and prices are similar to our standard set programs.
With private training and instruction you, or you and a friend or two or three, can mix and match any program advertised on our site.

3 Week Spring Training
An intro session and then 6 more sessions, will provide you with a personalized fitness program based on your specific goals. You will have the tools to continue to advance your fitness well into the future
